Camping: Check-in from 12pm Friday (last check-in 9pm)
Friday Entertainment: 4pm–11pm (last entry for Day Passes 7pm)
Saturday: 12pm–11pm (last entry 6pm)
Q2. Accessibility
Yes. The site is mainly flat woodland and grass. Accessible toilets and seating areas are available. Speak to security or staff for assistance.
Q3. Getting Here
Address: Thoresby Park, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9EQ
Directions: 22 miles north of Nottingham. Follow signs for the Military Museum and Courtyard from the A614, A1, A616, or A6075, then follow Trance In The Woods event signage.
Parking: 5-minute walk on hard-standing paths to the main site.
Walking: Follow event signage to the main entrance.
Camping Access: Follow event and camping access signs.
Q4. Exiting the Event
Exit the same way you arrived. Campers return to the campsite; taxis and parking use the same route.

No pass-outs. Once you’re in, you’re in.

18+ only. Challenge 25 applies — bring valid photo ID.
